What We Collect
Account data: Name, email address, role, and workspace association provided at registration or invitation.
Usage data: Module activity, feature interactions, and session metadata used to improve the product and provide support.
Business data: Job records, financial entries, client information, and other operational data you enter into the platform. This data belongs to your organization. We process it on your behalf as a data processor.
AI interaction data: When you use Alzar AI, prompts and responses are processed to generate replies. Vector embeddings may be stored in your workspace's conversation memory collection. This data is scoped to your tenant and is not shared with other workspaces.
Uploaded documents: Files uploaded for AI-assisted review are processed to generate a structured response. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any third-party materials.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Alzar Logic platform
- To authenticate your identity and enforce workspace permissions
- To generate AI-assisted responses and workspace-specific memory
- To send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, support)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train general AI models.
Data Storage & Residency
Operational data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase) in the us-east1 region. Google's infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant.
Third-Party Services
Your Rights
You may request a copy, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Send requests to support@alzarlogic.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Account and workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and billing purposes. Audit logs are retained for a minimum period required by applicable law.

Who May Use Alzar Logic
Alzar Logic is a B2B professional tool intended for licensed contractors, fabricators, distributors, and other commercial users. It is not for general consumer use.
What You're Getting
A subscription license to access and use the Alzar Logic software platform during your subscription period. Alzar Logic remains our property; you receive a limited right to use it.
AI Output
All AI-assisted outputs (Alzar AI, Guardian, competitor analysis) are advisory only. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting on any output. The platform is not a licensed engineering, legal, or compliance service.
Your Data
You own your business data. We process it to run the platform. We do not sell it or use it to train third-party models.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
