◈ The Vision: Solving the Metal Equation

My only goal in the beginning was to solve what I called the “Metal Problem.” I needed a way to calculate prices for custom trims, account for roof waste, and keep a rigorous eye on every inch of coil moving through the shop. Generic software couldn’t handle the math — so I built an engine that could. The task was to turn those “how-to” questions into a single, automated answer. That engine became Alzar LogicTM.

Everything you see in Alzar LogicTM was shaped by day-to-day fabrication workflows. Our priority was perfecting the link between a sales quote and the fabrication machine. Every trim algorithm and coil yield calculation was validated in active production before it was ever released.
